Therese was very respectful and knowledgeable and concerned about my injury and she was extremely professional

After being brought into the room and speaking to the nurse, I waited over 10 minutes to finally see the physician's assistant. And the only reason she came in at all was because I went out in the hall and asked if someone would please come in.

Dr was very understanding and explained any issues I had with my injury
